Check List before Submission
This checklist is meant to be a guide for submission to Medical Channel. It is for reference purposes only. Please see Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts Submitted to MEDICAL CHANNEL for additional and more detailed instruction available at Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts
Note: Manuscripts will be returned that do not adhere to the Journal’s instructions for authors.
Manuscript Formatting

Manuscript should be computer printed on white A4 paper.

Double space with Fonts Times New Roman, Arial or Verdana size 12.

All pages should be numbered on top right side.

Number references sequentially
-
Reference should be in superscript “after full stop” (The sample reference line.1) in text section.
Word Count Limits
-
Original Reports: 2500 words (Maximum number of references is 25, Maximum Number of illustrations/Tables is 4)
-
Review Articles: 3,500 words (Maximum number of references is 50, Maximum Number of illustrations/Tables is 4)
-
Case Report: 1,500 words (Maximum number of references is 10, Maximum Number of illustrations/Tables is 2)

Figure legends (including multiple figure parts): 55 words
-
Acknowledgments (not including research funding): 45 words
Title Page:

Title of article: (no more than 12 words)

Type of article: Letter to Editor, Review article, Original article, case report, case series, proceedings of conference. (Please check word count limit of each)

List of Authors: (no more than 8, rest of author names will be shown in footnote) with degrees affiliations and Qualifications.

Corresponding Author Name: Postal Address, Telephone Number (Res/Office), Cell Phone Number, Email Address.

Mention any conflict of interest or funding of research.

Abstract: Kindly submit a structured abstract of no more than 250 words with following subheadings
· Background or Objective: The context and purpose of the study
· Methodology: how the study was performed and statistical tests used. (Briefly describe study design, sampling technique (if applicable), data collection & analyzing tool or Statistical software), any statistical test if performed.
· Results: The main findings, this section should not be merely copy of tables.
· Conclusion: Brief summary and potential implications.
